RESULTS

The studio, located in India, specializes in artist residencies, workshops, and collaborative events. Research into the local culture, architecture of the studio, and audience showed that the original name, Hampi Arts Lab, felt distant from the current brand. The rebrand renames the center Kala, meaning “art” in Sanskrit, a culturally resonating name that reflects openness, originality, and connection to nature. The visual identity of an organic and earth-inspired color palette resonates with the studio’s architectural and environmental aesthetic.
